We are looking for a professional Corporate Travel Manager to define strategy, and be responsible for execution of the function on a global basis.
Develop and manage a travel team to provide top customer service to all Sapiens travelers
Ensure continuity of service across the travel enterprise: travel management company, offline and online reservation system and related travel software, airlines, hotels, corporate housing, rental cars, group meeting services and related vendors
Evaluation/recommendation for Policy updates and ensure compliance to Sapiens’ travel policies
Daily review of compliance reports from previous day’s reservations to insure lowest airfare is being booked. Contact traveler/manager when higher fare is opted without proper level of approval.
Assist with traveler’s needs, bookings, concerns, issues and approvals
Provide global support to travel coordinators on current procedures/policies.
Manage Sapiens’ travel agencies for booking travel for our employees
Provide insight and implement initiatives to continually improve the travel team both on customer service and travel cost management
Leverage on travel analytics as needed to provide the insight to make needed travel improvements - ability to use various automated travel technology tools including travel management reporting tools and self- booking tools
Develop key metrics that are insightful that help gauge on the effectiveness of the travel program
Negotiate with hotels, auto, air, and agencies on global corporate contracts
Minimum of 5+ years’ relevant experience in leading a global travel program. BS degree preferredמלונאות ותיירות

Strong knowledge around travel industry, agencies, vendor operations and source selections
Customer driven and strong interpersonal skills – partner with individuals across an international organization with tact, diplomacy and cultural sensitivity
Strong project management skills
Strong analytics - Able to analyze and report on data trends, and make recommendations at the leadership level
People management – ability to handle small global teams across time zones
Experience with on-line booking tools
Experience in a global technology company – great advantage
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and especially Excel
