Lead the Promotions and to deliver highly engaging and effective acquisition, growth and retention Promotions and Promotional CRM campaigns.
Responsibility for all tournaments and cash game - planning, coordinating, executing and monitoring all the games activity. This includes building the right structures to optimize player LTV and retention
Your duties will include:
Utilizing resources to make sure all games are defined and running.
Monitor performance and check Revenues and ROI on the different games. Optimise schedule and tournaments accordingly.
Monitoring Message boards and support issues regarding games and product.
Ensure that the group CRM team is fully up-to-date with promotion Strategy, objectives and plans to be able to design a calendar over CRM activities for Life cycle, Targeted promotions and reactivation.
Design and implement CRM acquisition offers to be used across CRM and marketing channels. Work with Group CRM team to incorporate offers into lifecycle communications.
Drive innovation around promotional tools and present to product team.
Review and input into customer communication schedule presented by head of CRM.
Project manage CRM plans and activities for new game releases were needed.
Review campaigns and work with BI to identify areas of improvement, and implement changes to future campaigns.
Responsible for coordinating with a wide variety of stakeholders across the business.
Be responsible for understanding the customer and its prospective customers with the use of market research and data analysis to drive
our customer base through segmentation and a deep understanding for what motivates our customers.
Own the KPI targets and budgets for all Promotional and Regional CRM activity. Monitor and report on KPIs across a comprehensive set of performance metrics.
These include but are not limited to ARPU, LTV, active days, retention, total player days, margin.
Manage product content calendars across all markets and countries.
Be responsible for setting up and testing all operations around global and regional promotions.
Request tournaments to be set-up in relation to all CRM promotions, and follow up to ensure they are launched on time and are set-up as requested.
Provide ‘live’ reporting on how many players are taking part in specific promotions, current cost and potential problems.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and legislation.
Report on all budget spend around global promotions.

Proven ability to analyse, evaluate and interpret data
Computer experience in Microsoft Office.
HTML and Photoshop skills a benefit (but training can be provided).
Ideally 2+ years’ experience of managing a significant online gaming offer
Good working experience of online/mobile marketing (acquisition, retention, customer insight) preferred
Strong technical background
