• Recruitment of new affiliates and management of existing ones with an orientation to negotiate, grow, and optimize accounts.
• Manage all operational tasks for affiliates, including Account creation, account changes, marketing materials (landing pages, banners etc.).
• Maintain and provide e-marketing tools, such as landing pages, banners, mailers, reviews etc.
• Analyze and optimize performance and recommend/implement improvements to meet targets.
• Provide support to Affiliates, understand their needs and provide solutions in real time.
• Account Management.
• Develop long term business partnerships with strategic affiliates.
• Intensive day to day support of Affiliates – daily management, maintain and exceptional service.

• 2-5 years of experience as an Affiliate Account Manager, in the global market.
• Practical Internet background – a must.
• Experience in the online Gaming industry – a significant advantage.
• Experience in trade shows – an advantage.
• Complete mastery of Office tools.
• Analytical, negotiation skills and sales oriented – a must.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Detail oriented, pedantic, organized and creative.
