• Being a part of our HR department and Talent Acquisition team, raising ideas, improving current processes and constantly thinking in a creative and out of the box way
• Own and lead the hiring process for HW and SW positions, focused on building a unique Nova’s candidate experience.
• Work closely with hiring managers, become their trusted recruitment partner, provide advice and guidance in all aspects of Talent Acquisition and help them build excellent teams

• Strong interview & assessment skills
• Proven record in building strong business partner relationship with managers consultancy and business partnership skills
• High professional standards, intensity and drive to take decisions, push the professional agenda and lead for continuous improvement
• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science or equivalent . Master’s degree – advantage.
• Proficient in both Hebrew and English

In this position you will partner with and support Global Business Group
Main aspects of the role:
• Support Global business group and key stakeholders to provide key financial insight.
• Prepare economics analysis and ongoing business reporting (QBR, service P&L, products GM analysis)
• Improve key performance indicators reports for supporting decision making processes.
• Conduct deal profitability analysis.
• Monitoring and control over budget process in subsidiaries worldwide in cooperation with controllers in regions.

• B.A in Economics
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience working with global High-Tech companies – advantage
• High level of analytical skills; problem-solving, prioritize multiple tasks in an efficient and effective manner.
• The ability to effectively consolidate and present information as well as communicate with all levels of personnel.
• Hands-on personality, high attention to details, ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Proactive, service oriented with a can-do attitude in meeting short and critical deadlines.
• Knowledge of Excel on high level.
