תיאור המשרה:
We are looking for an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Experience team. In this role, you will work closely with our business clients to ensure successful onboarding, effective product adoption, and long-term satisfaction with our SaaS platform. You will build strong, trust-based relationships, support day-to-day client needs, identify growth opportunities, and help drive product value across their organization.
