A global high tech company is seeking a dynamic junior Sales professional to lead our sales activities within the defense sector across several regions, as well as adjacent security-related agencies (including intelligence services, law enforcement, and public safety
organizations). This individual will be part of an international sales team and play a key role in driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships, and ensuring long-term customer success through tailored solutions for defense, intelligence, and security communities.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for defense customers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with security agencies and prime contractors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across defense and intelligence communities
• Lead capture activities for major opportunities, including proposal development and contract negotiations
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting within CRM systems
• Represent the company at defense-related conferences, trade shows, and customer engagements
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure regulatory compliance
• Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting through to deal closure
• Lead customer meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations
• Work in close coordination with the international defense sales team and executive management

דרישות המשרה:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, GIS, Remote Sensing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in defense or government sectors.
• Strong understanding of defense procurement and acquisition processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel as needed
Preferred Skills
• Existing network within defense and prime integrators.
• Familiarity with federal contracting requirements.
• Experience leading capture strategies and proposal development.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in defense or government sectors.
• Strong understanding of defense procurement and acquisition processes.
