Global Pharma company is seeking a highly qualified Cloud Cyber Security Expert with demonstrated experience in
Microsoft 365, Power Platform, enterprise AI, as well as Agentic and autonomous AI
technologies. The successful candidate will secure modern cloud and AI platforms across the
enterprise, partnering with architecture, IT, and business teams to assess risk, define controls,
and enable safe adoption of emerging technologies.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead risk assessments, threat modeling (e.g., STRIDE), and risk reviews for cloud
workloads, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and enterprise AI solutions.
• Define and shape security architecture, controls, and guardrails for new AI services,
products, and tools- including Agentic and autonomous AI use cases.
• Evaluate the security posture of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform environments (Copilot,
Power Apps, Power Automate, connectors, data governance) and recommend mitigations.
• Assess risks associated with enterprise AI, large language models, RAG implementations,
and autonomous agents, and define appropriate technical and process controls.
• Translate business requirements and use cases into clear security requirements and
actionable recommendations.
• Partner with architecture, IT, and business stakeholders to enable secure, compliant
adoption of cloud and AI technologies.
• Produce structured deliverables: risk assessments, security requirements, residual-risk
evaluations, and approval documentation.
• Work individually with minimal supervision, as well as within team environments,
collaborating effectively with people inside and outside the team.
6- month temporary position with a high possibility of extension or transition to a permanent role.

• Hands-on experience securing cloud platforms (Azure preferred), including
identity, network, data, and workload security.
• Strong working knowledge of M365 security and compliance,
including Entra ID, Defender, Purview, conditional access, and data protection.
• Understanding of Power Platform governance, environment
strategy, data loss prevention (DLP), connectors, and Copilot Studio security.
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise AI, LLMs, RAG
architectures, and Agentic / autonomous AI technologies, including their security and
governance implications.
• Proficiency in threat modeling, risk assessment frameworks, and
security control design.
• Solid grasp of IAM principles, authentication, authorization,
and least-privilege design.
• Good understanding and working knowledge of API / web service
security and data security practices and methods.
• Familiarity with security standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO
27001, NIST, CIS) and cloud compliance practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging technical
and business stakeholders.
• Strong team player who works effectively across functions and organizational
boundaries.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Trustworthy and accountable- owns deliverables and executes them reliably
end to end.
• Willing and enthusiastic to learn new technologies and tools in a fast-evolving
AI and cloud landscape.
