The Supply Chain Planer will support planning, purchasing, inventory control, and day-to-day operational follow-up in a GMP pharmaceutical environment. The role focuses on ensuring material availability, monitoring plan versus actual execution across Production, QC and Quality, and coordinating interfaces to support timely production, testing, release, and supply activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Support demand, supply, production, and inventory planning activities.
• Monitor plan versus actual execution across Production, QC laboratory testing, and Quality release activities.
• Translate production needs into material, packaging, consumable, and purchasing requirements.
• Issue and follow up on purchase orders, supplier commitments, delivery dates, and open procurement items.
• Track raw material readiness, sampling, testing, release status, production progress, and finished goods availability.
• Identify shortages, delays, bottlenecks, or operational risks and coordinate timely follow-up actions with relevant interfaces.
• Maintain inventory visibility, stock reviews, expiry follow-up, ERP/planning data, and operational status trackers.
• Support shipping coordination, documentation, reports, and routine cross-functional communication with Warehouse, Production, QC, QA, Finance, and suppliers.
• Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end release process of finished goods from production completion to final customer delivery.
• Hands-on customer order fulfillment, ensuring all shipping documentation, certificates (CoA/CoC), and regulatory requirements are met.
• Serve as the main supply chain focal point for global customers and distributors regarding order status and shipment schedules.
