A large technology company is hiring a Senior Electro-Mechanical Buyer specializing in cables.

In this role you’ll join the company’s procurement team and take ownership of sourcing and purchasing the electro-mechanical components — with a strong focus on cable assemblies — behind its innovative, high-end products.

What you’ll do:
• Manage end-to-end procurement and supplier relationships, local and global — including sourcing and onboarding new vendors
• Lead purchasing projects from requirement definition through to final delivery
• Partner closely with the company’s Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, and Logistics teams
• Build, manage, and monitor work plans and project schedules
• Ensure supply continuity and material availability to keep production running
• Track supplier performance (quality, delivery, lead time) and drive continuous-improvement initiatives
• Lead cost-reduction efforts and commercial negotiations
• Review and work with technical drawings and specifications
