תיאור המשרה:
ESOP, Israel’s leading Trustee Services provider for mergers & acquisitions and equity-based employee benefit plans, is looking for an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of public and private companies.
Note: This position does not involve sales.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for ESOP’s clients, primarily public high-tech companies, while ensuring exceptional service and long-term relationships.
Work closely with senior executives and C-level stakeholders.
Manage databases and information repositories, perform tax calculations, support M&A transactions, and provide ongoing professional guidance and support.
Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and seamless processes.

Academic degree required. Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Law is an advantage.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Advanced Excel skills.
Familiarity with capital markets and the financial industry is an advantage.
Strong customer orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
