Netafim is looking for a senior leader to drive our global Quality and Operational Excellence strategy across manufacturing plants, supply chain operations, and business units worldwide.
In this role, you will lead the deployment of world-class Quality, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies, ensuring high standards of product quality, operational performance, customer satisfaction, and business excellence across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and implement Netafim’s global Quality and Operational Excellence strategy.
• Lead Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, and Continuous Improvement initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Establish and monitor global quality KPIs, operational performance metrics, and improvement programs.
• Lead supplier quality strategy, performance management, and improvement initiatives.
• Provide functional leadership to Quality and Operational Excellence teams across multiple regions and manufacturing sites.
• Drive productivity, standardization, waste reduction, and process optimization initiatives.
• Build a culture of quality ownership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, R&D, and Commercial teams.
• Lead global transformation projects and influence senior stakeholders across a complex, international environment.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in quality leadership within a global manufacturing organization, combined with a strong track record in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and leading multicultural teams across multiple locations.
