A leading technology company in its field, located in central Israel, is seeking a Senior FP&A professional to join its finance team:
Executive & Board Partnership: Serve as the primary finance partner to the executive team. Lead the creation of financial presentations and Board materials, including fundraising initiatives.
Go-To-Market & Revenue Analytics: Partner closely with Marketing and RevOps to analyze revenue performance, business KPIs, customer acquisition, and customer retention.
SaaS Unit Economics & Pricing: Own the financial analysis of SaaS unit economics, including LTV, CAC, pricing, and profitability.
Financial Planning & Forecasting: Own and scale the company’s forecasting models, budget-vs-actual analysis, and rolling forecasts.
AI & Automation: Drive the use of AI, BI, and automation tools to enhance financial reporting, planning, and predictive analytics.
Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve margins, profitability, and cost efficiency through financial and operational analysis.

6+ years of FP&A / Corporate Finance experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
Strong business acumen and executive communication skills.
Hands-on experience with GTM, Sales, and Revenue Operations.
Proven ability to work independently as a highly hands-on individual contributor.
Strong financial modeling and BI skills; familiarity with AI and automation tools.
Fluent English – written and verbal.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a quantitative field.
MBA / CPA / advanced degree – an advantage.
Strong business acumen and executive communication skills.
Hands-on experience with GTM, Sales, and Revenue Operations.
Proven ability to work independently as a highly hands-on individual contributor.
