Job Description
Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across global markets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients, partners, and suppliers.
Specialized Training: Conduct specialized breaching training sessions for international clients.
Market Analysis & Strategy: Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and create and execute marketing and sales strategies.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with international clients and partners.
Marketing Support: Support overall marketing efforts, including presentations and social media activities.

Job Qualifications
Operational Background: Proven experience as a tactical operator, preferably with a command or instructional background — Breacher background is a major plus.
Business Experience: At least 5 years of experience in international business development, sales, or marketing — defense, law enforcement, or security markets preferred.
Language Skills: Native or near-native English fluency (both written and spoken) — additional languages are a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office — social media & AI applications are a plus.
Personal Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.
Travel Willingness: Availability for frequent international travel (over 12 trips per year).
