Guidance, involvement, and control of Controller Assistants and bookkeeper’s tasks for the company and subsidiaries
• Participate in the quarterly and annual financial close processes
• Prepare quarterly and annual US-GAAP consolidated financial statements
Work closely with controllers and bookkeepers across subsidiaries in Israel and internationally
Support SOX compliance and internal controls over financial reporting
• Prepare financial analyses for senior management
• Preparation and filing of tax returns and other required tax filings
• Communication with external auditors, SOX consultants and other external advisors
• Preparation of special reports for authorities and other vendors
