For our Headquarters team in Haifa, we are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer / Technical Manager to lead engineering process acceleration initiatives across multidisciplinary engineering organizations.
This is a unique opportunity to combine advanced engineer methodologies, AI technologies, automation, and Microsoft 365-based solutions to improve how engineers work at scale. You will work closely with engineering teams, influence cross-organizational processes, and help drive measurable impact across complex development environments.
In this role you will
Analyze engineering workflows across systems, software, and multidisciplinary programs
Identify process bottlenecks and define scalable improvement solutions
Support the design, pilot, and implementation of AI and automation solutions
Work closely with engineering teams to drive adoption and measurable impact
Define success metrics and track productivity and quality improvements
Lead cross-organizational collaboration and influence teams in a matrix environment
Build best practices and scalable engineering playbooks

דרישות המשרה:
B.Sc. in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
2–5 years of experience in complex multidisciplinary engineering environments
Understanding of engineering lifecycle processes, including systems engineering and V&V
Experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration and automation tools
Experience with AI tools, LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, or automation solutions
Experience with DOORS, Jira, PLM/ALM tools – Advantage
Experience in defense, aerospace, or large engineering organizations – Advantage
Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and ability to influence without formal authority

2–5 years of experience in complex multidisciplinary engineering environments
