תיאור המשרה:
We are seeking an experienced Controller to join our Finance Department.
The role involves responsibility for the financial reporting of the company and its subsidiaries, annual financial statements, budgeting, cash flow and bank management, management reports, as well as economic and tax analyses.
The position reports directly to the VP Finance / Finance Director and includes leading and managing the bookkeeping team.
Responsibilities:
Oversee accounting and financial reporting for the company and group entities.
Prepare periodic and annual financial statements.
Manage and control cash flow and company budgets.
Prepare management reports, financial analyses, and actionable insights for executive management.
Oversee tax authority filings and serve as the main point of contact for external auditors.
Manage and control accounts receivable (A/R), accounts payable (A/P), and payment processes.
Establish and implement internal control processes and drive ongoing process improvements.
Collaborate with executive leadership, providing financial and accounting support for strategic decision-making.

דרישות המשרה:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Mandatory.
3–4 years of post-internship experience as an Assistant Controller or Financial Controller – Mandatory.
Experience from tech companies and/or industrial and inventory-based companies.
Strong knowledge and experience with Israeli Accounting Standards and IFRS.
Proven experience working with external auditors and tax authorities.
Hands-on experience in cash flow management, budgeting, and financial control.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while leading cross-functional processes.
Business acumen and a strong understanding of management needs.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Priority – a significant advantage).
High-level English proficiency.
