We are seeking a highly proactive, detail-oriented Planner to join our dynamic Supply Chain team. In this critical role, you will own the end-to-end Material Requirements Planning (MRP) process and assembly scheduling for our global operations.
Operating in a fast-paced E-commerce environment, you will be responsible for SKU explosions (BOM), ensuring all raw materials and components are available on time, and driving production schedules. The ideal candidate is a "hands-on" problem solver who can drill down into the details, anticipate bottlenecks, raise red flags early, and take swift corrective actions to ensure continuous product availability and seamless manufacturing flow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and execute the MRP runs, managing BOM (Bill of Materials) explosions to determine exact component requirements.
• Proactively monitor component availability, identifying missing materials or potential delays. Raise red flags early to ensure all components arrive on time.
• Track and ensure work orders are released on time and proactively run analytical reports to identify potential supply constraints, bottlenecks, or capacity issues early, ensuring rapid mitigation and continuous production flow.
• Maintain strict data integrity and perform ongoing data cleansing in the ERP system (NetSuite). Ensure inventory levels, lead times, and BOM accuracy are fully aligned and up to date.
