Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field – REQUIRED.

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as a Backend Engineer, specifically with C# and .NET Core (.NET 6/7/8) – REQUIRED.

Proven experience delivering applications end-to-end, including planning, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and production monitoring – REQUIRED.

Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and Design Patterns – REQUIRED.

Advantages:

Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, including event-driven architecture, producers/consumers, message processing, and distributed messaging – Strong Advantage.

Experience with Kubernetes (K8s), including container orchestration, deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting – Strong Advantage.

Experience with RabbitMQ and message broker technologies.

Experience with Redis for caching and performance optimization.

Experience with Docker and containerized applications.

Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, or alternatively Azure.

Experience with large-scale relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, including query optimization and performance tuning.

Experience designing and implementing microservices and distributed systems.

Ability to understand and implement complex algorithms.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitLab CI/CD or Jenkins.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services using C# and .NET 6–8.

Develop and optimize large-scale, event-driven and distributed systems using technologies such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.

Build and maintain microservices-based architectures.

Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, and other relational and NoSQL databases to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.

Develop, deploy, and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

Work in cloud and on-premises environments, leveraging AWS/Azure and modern DevOps practices.

Take full ownership of strategic backend systems, ensuring performance, availability, and stability.

Lead end-to-end development processes, from ideation and system design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production monitoring.

Continuously improve system architecture, development processes, and overall engineering quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment and explore new technologies and engineering solutions.
