The Role
We are seeking an experienced Israel Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities across Facilities Management (IFM) and Project Management operations in Israel. The role focuses on supplier management, contract negotiations, cost optimisation, compliance, and supporting business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies and annual plans.
Manage supplier sourcing, onboarding, and performance.
Negotiate contracts and drive cost-saving initiatives.
Ensure supply chain compliance and governance.
Support new business bids and account transitions.
Partner with operational and project teams on procurement activities.

Requirements
8-10 years’ experience in IFM procurement, cost estimation, or procurement for small to mid-sized projects.
Strong supplier, contract, and stakeholder management experience.
Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
Fluent English.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Experience within Life Sciences or Semiconductor manufacturing environments.
