תיאור המשרה:
• Support the integration of EO/IR payloads on UAV, UAS, drone, and robotic platforms.
• Provide technical support to customers and partners throughout the product lifecycle.
• Perform system configuration, troubleshooting, testing, validation, and field investigations.
• Conduct customer demonstrations, acceptance tests, and field trials.
• Deliver technical training to customers, distributors, and system integrators.
• Develop technical documentation, application notes, and integration guides.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary R&D teams, including mechanical, electrical, software, and systems engineers.
• Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, including technical presentations, workshops, and RFI/RFP responses.
• Identify customer needs and provide technical recommendations to support business growth

דרישות המשרה:
• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Application Engineering, Systems Engineering, Technical Support, Field Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong system-level understanding and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience working directly with customers and international partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
• 3+ years of experience in Application Engineering, Systems Engineering, Technical Support, Field Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
