• Define and own the UAV product vision and roadmap. Translate operational needs, threat evolution, and market trends into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Work with R&D to turn the roadmap into field-ready capability.
• Lead business development and win new programs in Israel and abroad.
• Manage key customers and partners as their trusted senior contact.
• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team; own budget, schedule, and results.
