תיאור המשרה:
We are seeking an IT and security specialist to join the cyber security team.
In this role, you will develop and maintain secure and reliable deployments for Elbit mission critical products and support systems,
by performing Windows, linux and switch/router administration for hosts deployed in air-gapped network environments.
Responsibilities:
Deep understanding of Windows administration and security : Accounts and policies, GPO, firewall, FDE and Bitlocker etc.
Hands-on in writing powershell scripts and automations.
Similar understanding of Linux deployments: Ubuntu, RHEL, or others. Bash and Python scripting, docker containers.
Detailed understanding of networking and security protocols (SSH, TLS, VPNs, 802.1x)
Experience with endpoint security products such as Trellix – an advantage
Experience with STIG/DISA or CIS hardening standards – an advantage
Experience writing security documentation, performing TRA and working as a security solution specialist – an advantage
Experience with git, JIRA, Confluence – an advantage

Automation mindset – build everything as code and avoid manual fixes
AI and LLM mindset – utilize the tools resourcefully to learn skills, write scripts, automate and test deployments
Great communication skills and collaboration working with R&D, system engineering, project management, QA, Field support and other team members
