As an IT Specialist, you will manage and optimize the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring high standards of security, performance, and reliability across office, cloud, and on-premises environments. We are looking for a highly skilled, proactive, and service-oriented IT professional with strong communication skills. On-site position Responsibilities: • Manage and continuously improve the company’s IT infrastructure (office, cloud, on-premises). • Ensure the security of company data, networks, endpoints, and backup systems. • Monitor and maintain licensing, hardware, and operational capacity; manage IT inventories. • Deploy patches, updates, and security enhancements. • Respond to security alerts and handle business-critical IT issues. • Recommend and implement IT best practices, architecture, and processes. • Lead IT projects, including design, deployment, and optimization of IT systems and services. • Drive continuous improvements in IT operations. • Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex IT issues for the global team. • Establish and maintain IT security policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
