The Production Manager is a leader within the Operations department.
This role carries full responsibility for managing sterile manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with GMP standards, regulatory requirements, and company objectives. The Production Manager oversees production team, drives operational excellence, and ensures alignment with safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage all production activities across sterile operations, ensuring adherence to GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop production team to achieve department goals.
• Ensure production schedules are met in line with demand, capacity, and quality requirements.
• Collaborate closely with QA, QC, Engineering, Supply Chain, and R&D to maintain smooth operations and resolve issues efficiently.
• Oversee investigation and resolution of production deviations, ensuring root cause analysis and timely CAPA implementation.
• Ensure inspection readiness and actively participate in regulatory authority and client audits.
• Manage production KPIs (efficiency, yield, deviations, compliance metrics).
• Contribute to facility and equipment planning, including capacity expansion and technology transfer projects.
