תיאור המשרה:
Development and successful implementation of sales strategies with distributors
Manages distributors according to pre-defined goals and objectives
Ability to manage and develop relationships with selected Key Opinion Leaders within the industry
Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Corporate Finance and Regional Sales Director
Continuous and sustained expansion of the corporate market positioning
Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams
Coordinates company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results
Collaborates with focal points to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines
Reviews expenses and recommends economies
Manages distributors according to pre-defined goals and objectives

Located in Israel, and willing to travel significantly throughout the territories (estimated 70%)
Fluent in English, European Language, and Hebrew - Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills
Minimum of 5 years+ of related experience in Multidisciplinary industry, managing distributors in a small to medium sized organization.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and professional demeanor; ability to negotiate; ability to build and maintain both professional and social networks.
Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
Must be driven and self-motivated, able to work independently and cooperate with others
