תיאור המשרה:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to contribute to a great finance team and work cross-functionally within the company. The ideal candidate will work with multiple business functions and have the opportunity to affect the company’s overall long term financial performance.
The Division Revenue Financial Analyst will support the Division Controller and the VP/GM in driving revenue achievement.
Responsibilities include:
*Partner with sales, operations and other divisional functions to optimize revenue plan and execution.
*Maintain accurate database for bookings, shipment, revenue history and forecast.
*Perform scenario planning and support the annual strategic planning process.
*Support period close processes, preparation of financial packages and reporting.
*Provide analysis of business trends, such as customers, pricing, GM Analysis, etc.
*Identify, support, and implement group process improvements.

*Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting/Finance with up to 5 years of relevant experience.
*Knowledge of basic revenue accounting and finance principles.
*Excellent communication skills and ability to influence without direct authority.
*Analytical mindset and ability to provide meaningful analyses that are concise and actionable.
*Must be hard working, have a positive attitude and willingly contribute to a team.
*Ability to meet deadlines, perform under time pressure, cope with the fast-pace environment, prioritize and multi-task.
*Openness to learning and looking for ways to improve.
*Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of ERP systems.
*Experience working on TM1/SAP an advantage.
*Fluent English.
*Knowledge of basic revenue accounting and finance principles.
