As a Project Manager, you will guide the engineering team, including system engineering, and play a key role in defining technical strategies. You will be involved in major architectural and strategic decisions that shape the growth and evolution of teams and technical interfaces with clients.
● Lead all aspects of the project, from kick-off to delivery.
● Oversee the development process and ensure business value delivery.
● Manage the R&D project Gantt chart and budget.
● Assist in implementing visions of quality, agility, trust, and timely delivery.
● Collaborate with clients, HQ R&D, and supply chain teams,

At least 7 years of experience as a Development Project Manager in a multidisciplinary company.
● Proven experience in either direct people management or matrix management
● Proven track record in managing diverse, high-budget development programs involving mechanical, electronic, and software components.
● Hands-on experience in leading complex system integration processes.
● Strong expertise in requirements management and technical aspects of product development.
● Demonstrated ability to plan, track, and deliver according to project schedules.
● High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
● Knowledge of the automotive industry - an advantage.
● Engineering degree - an advantage.
● Previous experience in a start-up environment - an advantage
