• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales and global distribution channel management
• Highly motivated, target-driven sales professional with excellent presentation, persuasion, and influencing skills
• Electronics Engineering background – mandatory
• Extensive knowledge of sales principles and best practices, with the ability to coach and mentor others
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to leverage data and metrics to support decisions, recommendations, and actions
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple tasks and maintaining attention to detail
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities
• Excellent customer service orientation, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and guide customers through company products
• Proficiency with leading CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
