Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee daily operations across multiple service departments (Amazon, Walmart, Social Media, PPC, Executive Assistants, etc.).
Translate strategic goals into quick, actionable operational plans, and ensure timely execution.
Launch new business functions or service lines and bring them to operational readiness within short timelines.
Support and coach department managers, ensuring clarity of ownership, consistent performance, and removal of operational bottlenecks.
Implement practical processes that support growth while avoiding unnecessary bureaucracy.
Monitor operational KPIs, ensure service quality, and drive continuous improvement.
Coordinate cross-department alignment and maintain operational flow throughout the organization.
