About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Finance Manager to lead and build the company’s financial operations. This is a highly operational role at the heart of the business. The Finance Manager will be responsible for establishing robust financial processes and internal controls, implementing and managing the company’s accounting and ERP systems, and enabling clear, deal-level visibility into profitability and cash flow. You will work closely with management and operational teams and act as a key partner in driving scale, discipline, and execution across the organization. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Ra’anana office.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for establishing robust financial processes and internal controls, implementing and managing the company’s accounting and ERP systems, and enabling clear, deal-level visibility into profitability and cash flow. Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations and Controls: Build and maintain internal financial controls, workflows, and procedures.
Transaction Management: Own day-to-day financial operations, including transaction entry, reconciliations, and documentation.
Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely reporting to management and other stakeholders.
Compliance: Handle VAT, tax reporting, and other statutory financial requirements.
Systems Implementation: Lead the implementation of an accounting system that also serves as an ERP for the wider operation.
Internal System Owner: Act as the internal owner and coordinator of the system, working closely with external consultants where needed.
Scalability: Drive adoption and scalability of the system across departments.
Margin Analysis: Design and implement a clear classification and reporting structure within a new accounting system that enables deal-by-deal and project-level margin analysis.
Profitability Visibility: Provide transparent visibility into costs, revenues, and profitability in a dynamic trading environment.
Financial Planning: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Operational Partnership: Serve as a key partner to operational and management teams, taking an active role in operational problem solving where needed.
Requirements
Certified Israeli Accountant (CPA) with 5-7 plus years of hands-on, operational finance experience.
Proven track record of building financial processes, controls, and reporting frameworks from the ground up.
Strong experience using and managing accounting and ERP systems.
Direct experience with implementing an accounting/ERP system is a strong advantage (experience with Priority is a significant advantage).
Background in trading, logistics, or large transaction-heavy businesses is an advantage.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to comfortably juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Startup mentality with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach and a willingness to take ownership beyond a narrow job description.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively cross-functionally.
Mother Tongue Hebrew and Good English
