A fast-growing Performance Marketing company is expanding its Media Department and is looking for Junior & Senior Acquisition Managers to join a strong, data-driven team.
💡 About the role
Hands-on management and scaling of large-budget campaigns across multiple paid channels, including White Hat & Black Hat performance marketing, with a strong focus on results, optimization, and growth.

(Hands-on experience is a must)
Compensation
• Senior Acquisition: 15-20K ILS base (open to negotiation) + bonuses
• Junior Acquisition: 10–12K ILS base + bonuses
• Base + bonus model for both roles
Location & Hybrid
• Herzliya
• First month – office only
• Afterwards – hybrid model (1 day work from home)
• Sunday–Thursday
