The Role
We’re looking for a driven and commercially sharp Regional Account Executive to develop and grow our activity in the European market..
This role fits ambitious and hungry sales professionals with experience in international B2B sales, who want real ownership and exposure to complex projects.
What You’ll Do
Manage end-to-end, consultative sales cycles for complex, customized solutions
Develop new business and support regional market growth
Work with OEMs, distributors, and long-term customers
Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams and more
Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events

3–4 years of international B2B sales experience
Strong self-drive, ambition, and deal-closing mindset
Experience with solution-based or project sales, manufacturing is an advantage
Ability to handle technical-commercial discussions
Strong prospecting and get-the-foot-in-the-door approach
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
Team player who people like to collaborate with
Willingness to travel internationally
Strong self-drive, ambition, and deal-closing mindset
