A leading international premium brand is seeking a Digital Trade Marketing Manager to join its global E-commerce team.
The role has direct ownership over the commercial performance of European
E-commerce sites, including commercial calendars, content execution, promotions, CRM, affiliates, and creator commerce.
This is a hands - on, performance-driven role, focused on driving sales, Conversion, and customer retention across digital touchpoints.
The position is based in Israel and requires daily work in English with international markets.

At least 6 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital, Trade Marketing, or Performance Marketing - mandatory
Proven experience managing commercial e-commerce operations (commercial calendars, promotions, on-site content) - mandatory
Strong hands-on experience with CRM, automation, segmentation, and loyalty programs - mandatory
Experience working with affiliates and/or creator commerce (TikTok advantage) - strong advantage
Strong analytical skills with proven experience working with KPIs such as conversion, sales, LTV, ROAS - mandatory
Experience managing teams or leading cross-functional execution -mandatory
Experience working with European markets or global e-commerce operations - Advantage
Fluent English – mandatory
