Global Pharma company is looking for an IT R&D Project Management Office (PMO) professional is responsible for driving successful execution of IT Clinical R&D initiatives across.
This position requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with proven experience supporting IT, or enterprise-level programs in a global setting.
Key Responsibilities
The IT R&D PMO role focuses on four core responsibility areas:
- Project Planning & Execution – Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones while tracking deliverables, risks, and issues to ensure smooth execution.
- Governance & Monitoring- Maintain updated documentation, monitor KPIs, timelines, and budgets, and deliver concise status updates aligned with governance and compliance standards.
- Stakeholder & Communication Management- Serve as a central coordination point across IT, R&D, business teams, and vendors, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and timely escalation.
- Cross‑Functional Enablement- Coordinate global resources and schedules, support executive materials, and collaborate closely with BA, QA, architecture, and technical teams.
