We are seeking a Mechanical Product Engineer to join our site in Sderot and lead products and manufacturing processes within a multidisciplinary production environment.
The role includes end-to-end responsibility for production processes, engineering support to manufacturing lines, leading NPI activities, solving complex production issues, designing tooling, and continuously improving workflows and system integration
Responsibilities:
Lead and improve manufacturing processes for mechanical and multidisciplinary products
Lead NPI activities, including transfer from development to production and support assembly and integration
Take full technical ownership of products throughout their lifecycle, including resolving recurring issues and supporting field performance
Design and develop manufacturing fixtures, jigs, and dedicated tooling
Provide ongoing engineering support to production lines in Israel and globally
Work closely with R&D, Quality, Procurement, Suppliers, Subcontractors, and Production teams
Write and maintain production documentation, work instructions, and engineering drawings
Lead engineering change orders (ECO) to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput
Support, mentor, and train technical and engineering personnel
