We are seeking an Offset & Industrial Cooperation Manager to join our offset team in Rehovot. The role includes close collaboration with multiple cross organizational disciplines, including corporate headquarters and reports directly to the Division Offset Manager.
The position involves managing industrial cooperation activities of significant scale, complex commercial negotiations, and ongoing interfaces with internal stakeholders and government authorities in Israel and abroad.
Responsibilities:
Lead business initiation activities, manage complex negotiations, and handle high value contractual engagements
Analyze alternatives and develop negotiation tactics and value creation levers
Draft and review contracts and commercial documents while understanding contractual structures and appendices
Build and maintain long term commercial relationships and manage crises when needed
Conduct cost and pricing analyses and support the development and execution of work plans
Work extensively in a matrix environment with Program Managers, Procurement, Budget Control, Legal, Operations, and corporate teams
Support business units in marketing efforts, proposal preparation, and responses to offset related tenders
Collaborate with government authorities and external partners in Israel and worldwide (advantage)
