We are a premier, global consumer goods company with a strong international presence and a reputation for excellence. We are looking for a high-caliber Business Operations & Control Manager to take full ownership of the financial and operational management of our growing U.S. division.
About the Role
This is a unique, hybrid position designed for a professional who thrives at the intersection of Finance and Operations. You will serve as the essential link between our headquarters in Israel and our U.S. market activity, ensuring seamless execution across the entire business cycle.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Control:
• Financial Reporting: Lead the monthly close process for U.S. operations and ensure accurate reporting to Group Finance, working alongside external accountants.
• Budget & Planning: Support annual budget preparation, forecasting, and ongoing variance analysis.
• Tax & Compliance: Coordinate multi-state U.S. Sales Tax filings with external tax advisors.
Operations & Supply Chain Integrity:
• Inventory Ownership: Oversee U.S. inventory management, ensuring alignment between financial systems and physical stock, with a focus on COGS impact.
• Logistics Partnerships: Manage relationships with 3PL partners and fulfillment centers.
• Commercial Interface: Handle customer collections, receivables, and chargebacks, serving as the interface for North American partners and service providers.
דרישות המשרה:
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Finance, Operations, or business-oriented management.
• Expertise: Strong financial acumen with experience in financial reporting. Experience with U.S. Sales Tax or inventory-based operations is a major advantage.
• Education: CPA / accounting certification is a plus.
• Excellent English (written and spoken) is mandatory for working with U.S. stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (Priority is an advantage).
• A hands-on, independent worker with an ownership mindset.
• Ability to work across U.S. business hours as needed.
