Practical Engineer certification in Electronics / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering – mandatory.
Proficiency in working in a laboratory environment and in accordance with procedures and protocols – mandatory.
High level of English – mandatory.
Previous experience in team management, coaching, or professional mentoring – an advantage.
Experience working with Linux operating systems – an advantage.
