תיאור המשרה:
We’re looking for an experienced, leadership-driven Shift Operations Supervisor to take ownership of real-time contact center performance and lead operational excellence across the floor.
This is a key management role for someone who combines strong operational control with people leadership — ensuring service levels are protected, teams are supported, and decisions are made quickly and confidently in a dynamic environment
Key responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end shift operations, ensuring service continuity and SLA performance
• Oversee real-time queue management, staffing balance, and workload distribution
• Make proactive decisions during peaks, incidents, or staffing gaps
• Identify systemic or cross-functional issues early and drive resolution with stakeholders
• Use performance data and daily insights to optimize processes, efficiency, and customer experience

✔ Proven experience in a Shift Supervisor / Operations Lead role within a contact center – required
✔ Strong operational judgment and ability to lead under pressure
✔ Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
✔ Confident leadership style with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
