DRS RADA is a global pioneer of RADAR systems for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented PMO to join our team.
• Overall management of engineering projects, including planning, monitoring, and controlling schedules, budgets, and resources
• Leading project management processes within the department, including implementing methodologies and tools to improve management effectiveness
• Coordinating between engineering, operations, quality, procurement, development teams, and other interfaces
• Generating status reports, conducting periodic analyses, and managing steering committees
• Monitoring achievement of targets, milestones, and project performance

דרישות המשרה:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, Project Management, or another relevant field – mandatory
• At least five years of experience in project management – mandatory
• Significant experience working with multidisciplinary systems (such as electronic boards, mechanical systems, and final test processes)
• Familiarity with production management systems such as ERP, MES, PLM, JIRA
• At least five years of experience in project management – mandatory
