OMC Cloud, the largest and fastest-growing Israeli cloud vendor, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Associate to join our expanding team.
With over 200 employees and 24 global data centers, OMC Cloud provides high-performance, flexible, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions to thousands of businesses worldwide.
This position reports directly to the VP of Sales and involves close collaboration with the sales, support, and account management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Handle and direct incoming service requests that require both technical assistance and customer care
•    Monitor and manage customer retention, including tracking at-risk accounts
•    Oversee and follow up on onboarding and migration projects for new and existing clients
•    Assist account managers with day-to-day tasks, follow-ups, and client communication
•    Identify upsell opportunities and promote additional services to existing customers
•    Prepare tailored price quotes and proposals
•    Provide ongoing support for clients’ technical and pre-sales questions
•    Perform follow-ups on open deals and coordinate with the sales team
•    Support the VP of Sales with scheduling, reporting, and special projects
•    Coordinate meetings and maintain calendar alignment
•    Work within the company CRM to manage accounts, track interactions, and update deal statuses
•    Act as the point of contact for billing-related issues raised by clients, such as refund requests, coordinating with the billing department as needed
•    Assist with additional service, sales, and marketing-related operations as needed
