We’re looking for a high-performing, highly motivated and proactive Senior Software Engineer to join us on a new and growing project in a highly hands-on role. This is a high-ownership role with real impact. You’ll work closely with the Head of Software as a right hand: building foundations, making key technical decisions, and pushing the product from concept to working system.

Essential duties and responsibilities
Design and implement core software components end-to-end
Write production-grade code in C#/.NET Core and C++ (quality, reliability, maintainability)
Build high-performance backend code and web-related components (UI, APIs)
Integrate software with real-world constraints and multidisciplinary inputs (HW/algorithms/system needs)
Debug complex issues across Windows/Linux environments
Improve engineering quality: tests, tooling, documentation, CI/build flows, code reviews
Take ownership of deliverables and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision
