Management and maintenance of all building and facility systems and infrastructure, ensuring their functionality, safety, and order
Supervision and management of service operations – cleaning, security, maintenance, gardening, and technical systems such as electricity, water, and air conditioning
Management of suppliers and subcontractors, including defining requirements, professional oversight, and budget management
Implementation of safety and information security procedures in accordance with company and defense regulations
Handling malfunctions, service calls, and urgent demands, including the management of repairs and documentation
Promoting projects to improve buildings and facilities, initiating efficiency and cost-saving processes
Daily cooperation with internal and external interfaces and suppliers
Writing, updating, and executing maintenance and safety procedures
Ensuring compliance with regulations, procedures, and approvals from the Ministry of Defense and regulatory authorities
Managing a professional team and conducting training for employees in safety, security, and maintenance
Responsibility for periodic inspections, documentation, and regular reporting to management
