• Lead and manage the design scope of the new semiconductor manufacturing facility project.
• Manage multi-disciplinary design teams, including structural, mechanical, electrical, process, and instrumentation disciplines.
• Coordinate design deliverables include modelling with consultants, General Contractor, sub-contractors, suppliers and internal project teams.
• Ensure engineering design meets project requirements, industry standards and safety regulations.
• Manage the review, approval, and integration of design documents, models and drawings.
• Providing design documents (specifications etc.) to procurement for supplier/sub-contractor orders.
• Manage technical issues resolves during design and construction phases in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor engineering progress, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Develop and ensure design plan and schedule aligned with program needs.
• Report regularly to the Project Director and senior management on design progress and challenges.
