תיאור המשרה:
lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches. Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, review and maintain documentation, and support prototype builds to ensure production quality. Focus on identifying and resolving production issues and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
דרישות המשרה:
CQE or B.Sc. in quality engineering, or a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (advantage).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in NPI or manufacturing engineering, emphasizing development-to-production transfers.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality systems, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficient problem-solving and analytical skills, familiarity with ISO 9001/AS9100, and advanced Excel skills.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Preferred experience in electronics, mechanics, and knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
