תיאור המשרה:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Quality Engineer to join our growing team and lead quality activities for advanced products integrating Hardware, Embedded Firmware, Connectivity, and Cloud platforms.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end product quality throughout the entire lifecycle- from requirements definition and system design through validation, mass production, and post-market performance. You will work cross-functionally with Hardware, Firmware, Software, DevOps

דרישות המשרה:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Quality, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• 5+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role
• Experience managing suppliers and subcontractors (local and global)
• Strong knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, 8D, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis
• Experience working with QMS and regulatory standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/PLM systems (advantage)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• 5+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role
