Location: Israel | Reports to: VP Finance
A global consumer brand is looking for a hands on Finance & Operations Coordinator with prior experience working with US financial or operational activities to support the company’s US business.
This role combines financial processes with operational coordination and includes close collaboration with internal teams and external partners in the United States.
What you will do
• Support the monthly close process for US activities together with external accountants
• Review financial data and assist with reporting to Group Finance
• Coordinate US Sales Tax filings with external tax advisors
• Monitor inventory related to US operations and support related analysis
• Coordinate operational activities with logistics and fulfillment partners (3PL)
• Work closely with internal teams across finance, sales, logistics and operations

What we are looking for
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance, Operations or similar roles
• Hands on experience working with US financial or operational activities is required
• Strong financial understanding and experience working with financial data
• Experience with inventory operations or US Sales Tax is an advantage
• Advanced Excel and experience working with ERP systems
