In this role you will
Manage NPI projects end-to-end, from Kick-off through PRR
Lead Design to Manufacturing transfer processes
Coordinate and manage cross-functional work with engineering, development, production, quality, procurement, logistics and suppliers
Build work plans, schedules, budgets and manage risks
Lead Build phases: Prototype, Pilot and LRIP
Own quality, cost and schedule targets
Manage failures, design changes (ECO/DCP) and improvement processes
Support PRR, MRL and TRL readiness as needed
Prepare and deliver status presentations to management and stakeholders
