We are looking for an experienced IT Business Applications Project Manager to lead the implementation, enhancement, and upgrade of financial applications integrated with organizational ERP systems.
The role involves working closely with Finance and Business teams, internal IT departments, and external vendors to deliver high‑quality solutions. The position requires strong analytical capabilities, including understanding existing systems and business processes, identifying technological and business needs, and translating requirements into clear functional and technical solutions that support efficient, accurate, and well‑controlled financial operations.
The role focuses on driving automation and AI capabilities, improving efficiency, accuracy, and control over financial data, and ensuring reliable and scalable solutions throughout the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end‑to‑end projects for financial applications
• Gather, analyze, and define business and functional requirements
• Perform systems analysis and business process analysis as part of solution design
• Prepare and maintain functional and technical specification documents
• Collaborate with ERP, BI, Data, and Integration teams
• Define and document system integrations and technical interfaces
• Manage external vendors and coordinate with internal IT teams
• Drive automation initiatives and improve business processes
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and stakeholders
• Support development and testing activities, including UAT
