We are seeking a passionate and driven Fundraiser to join the Israel Trauma Coalition (ITC). As a Fundraiser, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization’s mission by securing funding and resources through various fundraising initiatives. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success and sustainability of our nonprofit and Israel’s resilience.
Fundraiser Nonprofit Organization Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet and exceed fundraising goals.
2. Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and grant-making organizations.
3. Plan and execute fundraising events, to generate funds and engage donors.
4. Write compelling grant proposals and funding applications, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and donor requirements.
5. Conduct thorough research to identify new funding opportunities and stay updated on current trends and practices in nonprofit fundraising.
6. Maintain a donor database and track all fundraising activities, donor communications, and contributions.
7. Create fundraising materials, including appeals, newsletters, and annual reports.
8. Cultivate and steward relationships with existing donors, ensuring timely and personalized acknowledgements, updates, and impact reports.

2. Excellent persuasive writing and storytelling abilities, capable of crafting compelling grant proposals, fundraising appeals, and donor communications.
3. Hosting missions, meeting with donors and sharing the story of ITC
4. Proven experience in planning and executing successful fundraising events and campaigns, demonstrating creativity and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
6. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data and metrics to drive fundraising strategies and measure success.
8. Commitment to maintaining ethical fundraising practices and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, fundraising, business administration, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered).
2. Proven experience in nonprofit fundraising, including grant writing, individual donor cultivation, and event planning, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
3. Familiarity with local community resources, philanthropic foundations, and government funding sources.
4. Strong understanding of nonprofit operations and financial management.
5. Ability to work flexible hours
